What I love is that moment when something finally clicks — when someone puts into words what’s been weighing on them, even if they’ve never said it out loud before. Not because I’ve offered advice or reframed their experience. But because they’ve followed their own words to the heart of what matters.
In a Clarification session, there’s no analysis, no advice, no rephrasing. I don’t steer the conversation or interpret your story. I prompt you to follow your own words, your own signals — one step at a time — until something essential becomes clear.
My role is to witness that process. Calmly, precisely, without pressure or judgement.
The insights that emerge are yours. I just help you reach them.

About me
I work in English, Italian, and French, online and in person. I’m based in Milan, but I work with clients across Europe and beyond.
When I’m not coaching or training, you’ll usually find me reading something that makes me think, embroidering a t-shirt or a cushion cover, or trying to find a patch of green in the middle of the city. And sometimes, writing something slightly too long.
Some of the most important things I bring to my work aren’t on a certificate. I know what burnout feels like — and what it takes to come back from it. I’ve run my own business, stood in front of audiences, facilitated boardrooms, and picked up the pieces after things didn’t go to plan. I spent years feeling like a fish out of water in my adopted country, Italy – in spite of being half Italian and speaking the language fluently. I love Shakespeare, and I draw cartoons. Both remind me that human complexity can be expressed with lightness, depth, and a sense of humour.
All of that shapes how I listen, how I ask questions, and how I hold space for change.

An MBA and a BSc in Experimental Psychology from Sussex University — a combination that shapes how I work: with both emotional insight and strategic clarity. My academic grounding helps me recognise patterns, ask incisive questions, and connect the inner world with the outer challenges my clients face.
