About me

My background

under construction

There’s something I’ve always been drawn to: the moment when things start to make sense again. When someone finally says the thing they’ve never said out loud. When clarity starts to rise to the surface — not because of a clever technique, but because someone has created the right kind of space.

That’s the heart of my work.

Clarification is a deeply human, structured process that helps you surface the unsaid, reconnect with your body’s signals, and move forward with clarity and confidence. It’s not therapy. It’s not standard coaching. It’s something gentler and more honest — and surprisingly powerful.

My role is not to fix or analyse you. It’s to witness, to ask the right questions, and to create the kind of space where your truth can come forward.

I bring to this work:

  • An MBA and a BSc in Experimental Psychology from Sussex University — a combination that shapes how I work: with both emotional insight and strategic clarity. My academic grounding helps me recognise patterns, ask incisive questions, and connect the inner world with the outer challenges my clients face.

  • 20+ years of experience in coaching, facilitation and management training

  • A multicultural background (British/Italian) and international career

  • Certification in Clarification Coaching with Jean-Christophe Vidal

  • A background in creative problem-solving and innovation

  • Deep respect for emotions, language, silence, and the body’s wisdom

I work in English, Italian, and French, online and in person. I’m based in Milan, but I work with clients across Europe and beyond.

When I’m not coaching or teaching, you’ll usually find me reading something that makes me think, embroidering a t-shirt or a cushion cover, or trying to find a patch of green in the middle of the city. And sometimes, writing something slightly too long.

Some of the most important things I bring to my work aren’t on a certificate. I know what burnout feels like — and what it takes to come back from it. I’ve run my own business, stood in front of classrooms, facilitated boardrooms, and picked up the pieces after things didn’t go to plan. I love Shakespeare, and I draw cartoons. Both remind me that human complexity can be expressed with lightness, depth, and a sense of humour.

All of that shapes how I listen, how I ask questions, and how I hold space for change.
