What if the problem isn’t what you think it is?
Most people come to Clarification with a question, a decision, or a dilemma that feels hard to resolve. They’ve already done a lot of thinking. They may have journaled, talked to friends, even tried therapy or coaching before.
But they still don’t feel clear.
Clarification is a space where the deeper truth gets a voice. It works with the whole person: mind, body, emotions, unspoken stories. It helps you hear yourself more clearly, make peace with what’s past, and make choices that feel right in the present.
This is not traditional coaching. It’s not therapy.
Clarification is not about giving advice or analysing your story. It’s about slowing down enough to hear what’s already inside you.
You talk. I listen deeply. I ask simple, powerful questions. And when needed, we simulate key conversations so you can find the words you need, before you say them out loud.
There is no fixing. No judging. No pressure to perform. Just a compassionate space where what matters most can finally be expressed.
Clarification helps you develop body-based emotional awareness, to resolve conflicts between what you think and what you feel. This kind of awareness is fundamental for developing healthy boundaries, the kind that come from within, not from rules or scripts. When you can feel your own limits, your yes and your no become clear.
What happens in a session?
Every session is unique. We begin with your current challenge or question. You speak freely, and I help you notice what’s emerging:
… the words you skip over
… the tension in your body
… the emotion behind the facts
… the conflict between what you feel and what you “should” do
We explore gently, without forcing. Often, clarity comes not from finding the right answer, but from finally asking the real question.
You may leave a session with:
… a sense of relief or lightness
… a clearer understanding of what’s yours and what isn’t
… a shift in energy
… new language for an old problem
… the ability to move forward without pushing

Working together
Clarification sessions last 60–90 minutes and can be booked individually or as part of a package. Most clients begin with 3–6 sessions, but even one session can bring insight and relief.
